Charity Clarity (“CC”) and our legal entity EPG Strategic Communications Limited collects different types of information about our users for the following main reasons:

However, if you arrive at our website by clicking a link in an e-mail we send, our software provider may link website usage information to your email address as described in the Email section below.
We do not collect information such as age, gender, interests, bank details. The collected data gives an overview of how people are accessing and using the Charity Clarity website and to limit the purpose and minimise the communication from our side.

From time to time, we may send electronic copies of bulletins and other material to some of our contacts. The e-mail software that we use to send this material allows us to collect information about which contacts have received and opened our HTML e-mails. It does so by tracking when images and links contained in each email are retrieved and clicked on respectively. We collect this information to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the material we send by email.
