The India Overseas Trust is a charity set up for the interest of overseas Indians. This rating is indicative rather than exact as we were not able to gather sufficient information on many of the metrics. At the time of rating, the Charity Commission website listed the India Overseas Trust operated throughout England and Wales, India, Switzerland, the UAE and the US, although we could find no evidence of such a widespread presence. The income in the Financial Summary provided by the Charity Commission was different to that provided in the submitted accounts.
