Domestic Violence Assit is available to provide immediate emergency help to victims of domestic violence. The charity enables and supports women and their children to resettle successfully into the community after leaving temporary accommodation, provides advice and support to women and can refer them to emergency accommodation,provides culturally-specific services for women from different minority ethnic communities and cultures, offers confidential legal advice on domestic and sexual violence, runs a confidential helpline for all men experiencing domestic violence of any form by a current or ex-partner or others and offers counselling to men in the London area who want to change their violent or abusive behaviour.
